Violation of Restriction Suspension

When you have violated a driver’s license suspension like not wearing corrective lenses, not having mechanical control devices, or driving during nighttime when you have a daylight only restriction, you may receive a six (6) month license suspension.  You can appeal a suspension within thirty (30) days of the suspension notice. Upon completion of the six months you must pay a $30.00 reinstatement fee.
