National Driver Registry Suspension
R.C. 4507.08

A driver may be suspended for information obtained by the BMV from the Problem Drivers Pointer System (PDPS, formerly the NDR). The people who the BMV runs through this system include first time license seekers who are over 18; drivers requiring retesting due to a suspension or cancellation of license, and; a driver from another state applying for an Ohio license. The length of the suspension is indefinite.  This is a volatile and rapidly changing area of law and you should contact an attorney rather than relying upon information that may appear on the internet.
