If you fail to appear in court or, having appeared, fail to pay the fine within the required time, your license will be suspended indefinitely. Further, your vehicle registration will be blocked with this suspension. There are not any provisions for appeal of this suspension, and to clear this suspension you must pay all fines, pay a $15.00 reinstatement fee to the BMV and get a release forwarded to the BMV.
