What happens if I have two separate moving violations?
If a juvenile is convicted or pleads guilty to two violations under sections 4510.31 of the revised code prior to their 18th birthday, they will serve a 90 day suspension. The youth may appeal for limited driving privileges to the court in which the second conviction was received. There is a $30.00 reinstatement fee.

If a juvenile is convicted or pleads guilty to three violations under sections 4510.31 of the revised code prior to their 18th birthday, they will serve a one year suspension. At the end of the suspension period the juvenile must complete Juvenile Driver Improvement Program and retake the complete driver license examination. There is a $30.00 reinstatement fee.
What if I am convicted of an OVI (drunk driving) offense with a BAC over .08?
The juvenile who pleads or is found guilty of a violation of drunk driving (OVI) will receive a six month suspension. There is no provision in the law for driving privileges on this suspension but you have the right to an administrative hearing wherein the scope of the hearing will be why your driving privileges should not be suspended. At the end of the suspension period the juvenile must complete Juvenile Driver Improvement Program and retake the complete driver license examination. There is a $30.00 reinstatement fee.
What if I am convicted of underage dui (BAC of .02 or more but less than .08)?
The juvenile who pleads or is found guilty of a violation of underage drunk driving (OVUAC) will receive a six month suspension. This suspension is triggered by a conviction with an offense date of January 1, 1999, and the driver is under the age of 18 and at the time of the offense, was driving wit a BAC of .02% or more but less than .08%. There is no provision in the law for driving privileges on this suspension but you have the right to an administrative hearing wherein the scope of the hearing will be why your driving privileges should not be suspended. At the end of the suspension period the juvenile must complete Juvenile Driver Improvement Program and retake the complete driver license examination. There is a $30.00 reinstatement fee.
What if I am caught with drugs?
A juvenile offender who has been adjudicated unruly, delinquent or a juvenile traffic offender for having committed any act that, if committed by an adult, would be a drug abuse offense, will have his or her license suspended until their 18th birthday. There is no provision for appeal in the revised code. The suspension will end on the child’s 18th birthday and a $30.00 reinstatement fee is required. The juvenile may request modified driving privileges from the court in which the conviction occurred.
I was caught trying to buy beer with a fake I.D.
A juvenile who attempts to buy beer or an intoxicating liquor will receive a one year suspension upon having the BMV notified of the offense. At the end of the suspension period the juvenile must complete Juvenile Driver Improvement Program and retake the complete driver license examination. There is a $30.00 reinstatement fee.
What if I drop out of school?
You can receive a license suspension pursuant to R.C. 4510.32
What if I bring a weapon to school?
You will receive a suspension pursuant to R.C. 2151.355 and 2923.122
Physical Control of a Vehicle While Intoxicated

Having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated will result in a suspension determined by the Court. If no suspension is assessed, then no reinstatement fee will be required. You will also be eligible for limited driving privileges.
