Ohio Drug Suspensions
R.C. 4510.17, R.C. 2925
Any person found guilty by an Ohio court of a drug related offense under Chapter 2925 of the Ohio Revised Code will receive a license suspension lasting six months to five years. House Bill 163 now allows the convicted party to apply for driving privileges at the appropriate court. Upon completion of the suspension, a $30.00 reinstatement fee must be paid to the BMV.
